Pre order or advance purchase refers to items that are not available in stock. If you purchase one of them you will benefit from a discount and we will reserve that garment for you. The arrival date will be in the item description.

Starting now, pre-order items will be purchased separately from items that are in stock, to facilitate and speed up the preparation of orders in the warehouse, minimize errors and be able to provide better service.

If you are not in a hurry and would like to receive other orders along with your Pre order, please let us know at hello@tentwelvecollection.com. In this way, the number of shipments will be reduced and a positive environmental impact will be achieved.
